The Woodburn Evans Head R.S.L. has accommodation available over looking the beautiful Evans River. Four self contained Units and one house is the combination that will make your stay at Evans Head the most enjoyable.

Security Bond $150

These Tariffs will take effect on the 1st January 2012 for new bookings. A full rebate will be reimbursed if cancellations are received before one month of the booking date.

Please note that by making a booking and paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to abide by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1.1 Before making a booking & paying a deposit it is your responsibility to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.

1.2 If the premises are damaged due to negligence or a wilful act of the guest or the guest’s invitees, the premises will be repaired by us at the cost of the guest.

1.3 A $100.00 deposit is required to secure your booking.

1.4 Cancellations, or changes to bookings must be made at least 1 month prior to check-in date for a full reimbursement of your deposit.

1.5 Check in time is from 1.00pm onwards. Check out time is 10.00am. As we employ contract cleaners there is no flexibility that allows for a later check out unless prior approval has been given. A late check out fee will be automatically be debited to your credit card.

1.6 No persons under the age of 18 will be checked into the property without a guardian present.

1.7 The premises must be left in a similar state to the condition on arrival. Failure to leave the premises in a satisfactory manner will result in you incurring extra charges.

1.8 You will be held responsible for any breakages, theft or loss of any property on or in the premises during your stay. By making your booking and paying a deposit you authorise us to deduct these costs from you and charge your credit card on file accordingly.

1.9 We reserve the right to charge you a bond or a credit card authorisation. On check-in we require a pre- auth of your credit card of $150.00, used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to) breakages or damages incurred, missing items or excessive cleaning. Where credit card details are not available a cash bond will need to be deposited, which will be refunded at the end of your stay upon a satisfactory examination of the unit.

1.10 The deposit is accepted on the basis of the current rental tariff quoted and is subject to any increases forthwith.
